The decision came: Samsung has copied, not an opinion, it's what the law says. The jury in one of the most important trials in the history of technology determined that if there are copies and yes it violates some patents of Apple , which not only trat of "inspiration" is not "natural evolution" but Samsung decided to cannibalize Apple and plagiarism, worse, knowingly, knowing full well they were doing something they should not do.
The jury also found that the shapes and sizes pagiar iPhone, diluting the value was only with Apple devices.
Although the tablets, which apparently Samsung will move a little more in the future.
With this decision the jury has determined that Samsung must pay Apple more than a billion dollars in damages for copying and use without permission of several patents, also determined that no damages be paid to Apple by Samsung trial.
Both knowingly copy, as the fact that Apple should pay damages is very important because:

Following the announcement of the verdict, Apple shares rose sharply and were positioned at USD $ 671.65.
